Bathtub addition

Bathing like Queen Cleopatra. Itself heating through by the warm water. The splendid flavour of the bathing essences, rightly relaxing, let the foam run down on the silicone skin, enjoys, the eyes close and dream. Also a Doll wants to bath, to splash in the water and itself leaves spoil. Even if I like to take a shower, bathing is like a rebirth.

And sufficiently long I begged therefore to bath.

A simple addition equipment for the bathtub makes it possible for me. It essentially consists of a crossbeam and two side-beams. The side beams ensure the stabilization when bathing.

About the components:
1.The crossbeam (700 mm long, ≈ 27 ½ inches). The length be dependent on the width of the bathtub subtracted the thickness of the side-beams. A low overlenght doesn't harm the stability, as the side beams are laying on the tub-edge.
2. The two side-beams (220 mm long, ≈ 8 ½ inches). Their dimensioning essentially determines the stability of the entire arrangement. Lengths can be chosen between 150 mm and 250 mm (between 6 and 10 inches). With smaller lengths under 150 mm (≈ 6 inches) is the stability of bathtub - bathtub addition - Doll no more guaranteed. To more severe lengths, it is also dissuaded.
3. The four countersunk wood screws. Together with a good wood glue they secure that the bathtub-addition works optimally and doesn't give in under load.
4. The hook-screw (also known as clothes line hooks): It was shortened something so that the neck-hook can used also in the tub without problems.
5. The Slip-Stop-Pads: They prevent slipping of the doll together with the stable wood construction. I had to do the experience, that it is very smooth in a filled bathtub, and I slid already in the water.
All wooden parts were varnished oak brightly to protect the wood against moisture.

I had luck. All parts already existed. So, the bathtub addition could be assembled from existing. Now, nothing more hinders an untarnished bathing enjoyment for me.

Mounting two side-cheeks of plywood or metal-strips, that take over the lateral protection exactly at detached tubs, is a variation of this bathtub addition. A low overlength is even useful in this case. They can be equipped with slip stop pads for the surface protection.
